#### **Breaking Barriers: Empowering Underserved Communities to Lead Themselves, Others and Their Communities**

A life-long leadership student and CEO of Baker Donelson, Tim Lupinacci has launched a nonprofit called Everybody Leads which is focused on empowering individuals in underserved communities with basic leadership skills and confidence to better lead themselves, lead others, and lead in the community.

In this podcast episode, Tim explores how everyone can be a leader and make a positive impact on their communities and families. He shares the importance of finding purpose in work and giving back. He also discusses his drive to change the world and his focus on impacting the world through local communities, and reflects on a greater purpose and giving back to the community as part of your "why."
