Tim founded Everybody Leads because he believes leadership is a skill that everyone can learn, regardless of background or circumstance. While some are fortunate to grow up surrounded by mentors, many are not—and Tim is passionate about closing that gap. His mission is to nurture leadership potential in overlooked communities by partnering with nonprofits that serve the homeless and other disadvantaged populations, providing tools that empower individuals to take control of their future and unlock long-term opportunity.
